OUR PROCESS
Fees
Permanent Placements – We charge the institution (employer) an annual fee between 12% and 18% on the annual salary depending on the level of the position. Temporary Placements we charge a mark-up of 20% on the hourly pay rate. These nurses are on the Ademagloja payroll. The mark-up doesn’t include the Australian statutory requirements.
